Customer/Technical Support (Remote Position)

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry.
• Understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting.
• Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and OpenVZ.
• Solid understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• The ability to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc.
• Has a reliable high-speed internet connection in a home location.
• Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone.

Responsibilities:
• Provides Inbound Telephone Level 1 Support & Sales to global customer base.
• VPS Support
• Site Migrations

Sales Agent (Remote Position)

Requirements:
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a professional and respectable fashion
• At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
• Understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting.
• Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and OpenVZ
• Solid understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Is quickly able to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution.
• Has a reliable high-speed internet connection in a home location.

Responsibilities:
• Inbound Sales Inquires (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets)
• Following up with sales leads
• Order Verification
